Supplied by our Food Recovery partners and community donors, the Food Bank Shopping Day program is designed to provide choice, dignity and normalcy by offering clients an opportunity to browse and select the various food and household items they may need.

A variety of the following products are made available, with selections changing day to day based on our donations:

  • Condiments
  • Seasoning and spices
  • Baking supplies
  • Various food products
  • Household cleaning supplies
  • Personal care items: toiletries, feminine products and incontinent products
  • General household items

Shopping Days are on Scheduled Wednesdays from 11am-6pm. Please call our office at 780-998-4099 to book a shopping time.

The Fort Saskatchewan Food Gatherers Society is a registered charity which operates the Fort Saskatchewan Food Bank, Christmas Hamper Campaign, School Snack Program, and various other essential programs and services from the Fort Saskatchewan Nourishment Centre in order to serve a little hope and happiness to the people of Fort Saskatchewan in various times of need.
